Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

Om (“we”, “us”) operates yourom.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or send us an inquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

What information we collect

Information you give us. The only way to send us information through this website is the inquiry form on the Experience page. It asks for your name and email address, optionally your phone number, and which aspects of your home you are interested in. We collect this for one purpose: to receive and respond to your inquiry or request.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority in their place of residence.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit through the form solely to respond to your inquiry and, where you have asked us to, to discuss how Om could work in your home. We do not add you to marketing lists, build profiles, or make automated decisions about you.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise give your personal information to third parties. The only exceptions are where the law requires us to disclose it, or where a service provider processes it on our behalf to deliver this website, as described below.

We keep inquiry submissions only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request. After that, they are deleted.

Service providers, cookies, and third-party content

This website is built and hosted on Webflow. Form submissions are stored by Webflow and emailed to us. Webflow processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy and security practices.

Some pages load content from third-party services: fonts from Google Fonts, video players from Vimeo, and script libraries from public content delivery networks. When your browser loads these resources, those providers receive your IP address and standard browser information, and Vimeo may set cookies when you play a video. We do not control how these providers use that data. Their own privacy policies apply.

Apart from cookies set by the providers above, this website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Webflow may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, such as protecting the inquiry form against automated abuse.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, such as the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To make a request, use the form on the Experience page and tell us what you need. We will respond as promptly as we can.

You can browse this website without submitting any personal information.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including relying on encrypted connections and the access controls of our hosting provider. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
